Once again, Chico's 24 Hr Drive By Art Gallery is doing their annual Puzzle Piece Art Show. The gallery creates large wall size puzzles of interlocking wooden puzzle pieces and the public is invited to pay $10 for a puzzle piece and re-conceive the piece. All Puzzle Pieces are then re-assembled for a two week showing beginning Friday, May 4 and running through Friday May 18, 2007, at which time there will be a silent auction for the pieces.

dietcokehed, her twin kiddos Emily and Nick and I are all participating in this show. I just finished up my piece last night.

I didn't get the CAC announcement, but I saw it on your comments. I was just reviewing it again today for the time-line :) They make me nervous. I like The Crux and 24 galleries because everyone seems really down to earth and not pretentious at all. The CAC is too.....clean.

BUT, I also feel I need to overcome this fear of the art world :) So I do want to do it...I just don't know what I want to do yet...

Yeah, pack rat me got a piano. It was left behind by some tenants. It's not like a fancy one or anything. Well, actually I don't know, since I know zilch about pianos. Do I know how to play? Nope. Do the kids? Nope. Will they take lessons? *shrug* But of course I HAD to have it...
