Double click on the words "YouTube" in the lower right hand corner of the video. This takes you to the youpage page where this video is posted on youtube's website. Once you are on that page there is a gray box to the right that has a yellow button that says "subscribe." In this box is the URL which you can copy and paste in an e-mail. Or, you can copy and paste the "embed" part if you want the video to appear in an email like it appears in this livejournal post.
