Went with the boyfriend and his family on a hike yesterday at a water fowl refuge. I was slightly irked off so I power-walked way ahead of everyone for a while. This is acceptable behavior in his family, so no one knew I was being a secret bitch.

The Sutter Buttes are in the background. It's about 60 miles north of Sacramento, California. It's the smallest mountain range in the world.

It sucks that it costs $2.50 to get in, but it is nice. Maybe the $2.50 fee keeps creeps out so maybe it's worth it.

I counted the birds in the bottom photo there are 18,459, not counting the two dead ones. I now have a headache.
