Every thing is made in China now. Have you ever read the book, "White Lotus", by Hersey I believe. It is a novel set in the near future wherein the world comes under Chinese dominanance.

yeah, I think you can actually only get girls, which is great (see comment by thedeepgreensea.) But cheap? I hear they're about 30K, but you get a nice big tax writeoff :)

Have you ever read "Embraced By the Light"? I don't know the author off hand, but my mom read it when her mom passed away, and I think it helped her cope. She still has it if you want to borrow it :)
