Hung out on Saturday with my friend dietcokehead and her 5 mo. old twins.

I'm gonna stick to my dad's advise about friends going through a divorce: "Never talk to Xs about Xs. Talk about literature, music, etc."

I'm seriously trying to decide what to do about school this fall. I'm signed up for two classes but I was sooo unmotivated last semester that I barely made it through.

My motivation for "official" higher-learning seems to be evaporating, but I'm afraid if I stop, I'll feel crappy about my life and get depressed since I won't have any concrete goals for which I am striving.

That is good advice.

I have a couple of buddies I've known for 10+ years. One of them had a girlfriend that he had been dating for a couple of years. She was disliked by most of his male buddies because of her attitude towards us. They break up. It's loud and sort of ugly. A few days later the other friend I've known forever tells the break up guy how he feels about his ex-GF. He held nothing back, really laid into her. The break up lasted about 2 months, then they got back together and have now been married for several years and have a kid. The buddy with the big mouth avoids them both, for the most part.
